Seed Capital Acquisition

As a member of the angel investment community, we make direct investments in our partner companies. Typically, we fund our startup partners' initial feasibility studies and early development cost. As a company grows, we generally bring aboard additional investors to finance growth.

Our Process

Step 1: The first step of our process is to work with our partner to refine the business concept and/or technological concept in terms of a measurable hypothesis. We then try to disprove it by subjecting the concept to a formal feasibility study.

Step 2: If the business concept survives the study, we move to phase two: business plan development and formation of an advisory board. During this phase, industry experts and financial partners are invited to participate in the process.

Step 3: Depending on the business and its capital requirements Camelot may act as the sole equity investor or invite third party investors to participate.

Step 4: Launch the company. Typically, those who were involved as advisors join the company in management roles.
